Collection & delivery information
We deliver to DE, AT & CH!
Most of our products are custom-made – and they are just as special when it comes to delivery. That is why we currently only deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Products such as our tomato greenhouse, as well as our raised beds and raised bed sets, are very large and are therefore delivered directly to you by us. Since we custom-make each product for your order, the delivery time for our raised bed, the tomato greenhouse, and our chicken coop is 1-2 weeks.
Import duties and Swiss VAT to be borne by the recipient.
The customer pays for the export and Swiss VAT directly at customs; you will be contacted by customs/the freight forwarder for this purpose.
